We need a representative government that listens and responds to the residents concerns and vision for our community. For example, the Land Development Regulations (LDRs} were changed by the current council to increase density to 25 to 50 units/acre and building height of 80 to 100 ft. I will work with the new council to revert to our previous LDRs of 50' and 15 units/acre.  Our previous Comprehensive Plan allowed for three stories above parking.  We want to maintain the small-town charm of Punta Gorgeous!  I look forward to the opportunity of serving you, safeguarding and enhancing our community's charm and quality of life with responsible and accountable leadership
